The current research directions are as follows:
1) Photoelectric properties and applications of strongly correlated oxide films;
2) The surface / interface control and photoelectric properties of complex oxide heterojunction are studied;
3) The electrochemical energy storage performance of perovskite type oxides was studied;
4) Optical and electrical properties of perovskite type oxide semiconductor.
